Mustards of 11 different flavours are currently produced in our Mustard Workshop, with the capacity of nearly 57 tons/day.
All our mustards are free of preservatives, and our mustard paste with Univer and several other formulations are free of any kinds of additives.
The final texture and consistency of the mustard are achieved using attrition mills after mixing in ingredients.
